Guinea - transit to/from airport with weapons "marginally possible." It either is or it is not. Unless we're saying that the realm of the possible can be adjusted. Maybe with cash. Which is obviously different from a little piracy in some magical way. We try to impose our value systems and matrices on a world where we show we know less than nothing about how life really is there, then act surprised when we're shown it doesn't work that way at all.
